This week, field lessons have been carried out at Ancona harbour to fishermen by CNR-IRBIM researchers regarding the procedures to apply in case of accidental capture of sea turtles.

Another TED experimentation has just ended on board of a fishing vessel

The Turtle Excluder Device was the protagonist of a recent experimentation on board of the bottom trawler 'Togo' of Cattolica, to assess its effectiveness in avoiding the capture of turtles from and at the same time maintaining the capture of commercial species.

SCOPRITARTA starts in the Marche region

The lessons of Scopritarta have started in the Marche schools: protagonists 15 classes of Pesaro, Ancona, Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio.
