New births in Agrigento
We communicate the good news of Caretta caretta eggs hatching in Agrigento in the Zingarello area. The information was circulated by some swimmers who were at the beach.
Hatching eggs Caretta caretta occurred in locations Zingarello (Agrigento, Sicily). In this area, had never been reported depositions. Yesterday morning some swimmers have found four turtles, three of them unfortunately died (probably of natural causes, eg. dehydration, or attacks of predators), while the fourth was found saves and released into the sea after the first treatment.
The same swimmers reported that they have found unmistakable traces of transit - successfully - from the beach to the sea of several newborn. Hatching is probably happened during the previous night.
